AreYouVeda – not to be confused with Ayurveda – isn't only about music. AreYouVeda wants to show people that what you can see and hear isn't necessarily what you do see and hear. The song of a crane, for example, doesn't have to come from the beak of a crane. It could be emanating from a loudspeaker. Or a cassette recorder. AreYouVeda, what else is it? AreYouVeda plays with the clichés of the world of pop and the media.

But the best thing is, AreYouVeda is not a sect, it simply keeps you healthy. It is derived from Ayurveda, the Indian teaching of health and healing. And like Ayurveda, AreYouVeda is all about human health. It focuses on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects that keep you healthy.
